  • Is it necessary to register an account on Caam Caaj?

  • Yes, Creating an account help you track the services you ordered, have access to history of the services and avail any discounts or promotions.

  • What happens if a service is not done properly?

  • If you have any issues with any of our services with in 24 hours, please call or email at caamcaaj@gmail.com and we will rebook the service for you with in 3 days at no extra cost.

  • What happens to my payment if I cancel the appointment?

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment you will get a full refund for your booked service.

  • Do you offer service if no one is at home?

  • No, we do not enter the premises if there is no one present. Kindly call us to make appropriate arrangements .

  • Can I transfer my service to someone else?

  • No, You have few options- 1. you can get a refund if you don't need the service anymore. Or 2. call us and we can hold the credit for you to get the service at another time.3. If you wish to gift a service to a friend then you can gift them a CAAM CAAJ egift card which can be found on the main menu bar.

  • How can I get a package for a service?

  • For that you will have to call or email us, as we customize your package specifically to fit your needs it's important for us to speak directly with you.

  • How can I book a service with Caam Caaj?

  • Please check our tab 'How it works' on the home page main menu

  • Is it safe to hire people and have them come home in times of covid?

  • Yes, it is absolutely safe, all our staff goes through a thorough vetting process and are fully vaccinated. We also make sure that all the team members follows all protocols to take precautionary measures to protect themselves and others. It is mandatory for all staff to cover their mouth and nose at all times during the service and use other gear when and where necessary.

  • Can I pay in cash for the service?

  • Yes, it is possible to pay in cash for your services but since your booking will not complete without making the digital payment method you need to call us +1 835 558 2986 to book the service you desire and you can pay directly to our staff.

  • What kind of products do you use for the services?

  • We are a green company and use all green, non- toxic products which are biodegradable in nature and protect our environment. 

  • Can you offer a service if I have pets at home?

  • Yes, we love our little friends however, we kindly request you to have the area clear of any pets before we begin our service.

  • Do I need to provide with equipment and products for the Caam Caaj to do the service.

  • Yes, to avoid cross contamination between cleanings we don not bring mops, broom, vacuums or toilet brushes to our cleaning sites. For all other services we are well equipped.
