Terms Of Service

Caam Caaj provides In home Service like, Cleaning, Spa, all Aesthetics,Massages, Kitchen assist, Home assist, Makeup, Companion care and much more...

Services offered

1. Our team members do not complete work that is reasonably outside of the scope of 'services mentioned above.' , We do not clean biohazardous materials, human or pet waste, hoarded homes, pests or pest remains etc. for our aesthetics, Massages and Makeup and hair services.

2. We do not work on infected, broken, wounds, bruised,  bleeding, cut, burnt and lice infestation anywhere skin, scalp, hair or other body parts. The service provider reserves the right to deny to perform the service if they have evidence or a reason to believe of such condition. We work hard and don't mind getting dirty, but we do have to care for the health and safety of our team members and our valued clients.

3. All our services like cleaning, kitchen help, house help, companion care and yard works have a minimum requirement for booking of 3 hours min. the client has to pay a deposit which is at the discretion of the officer in-charge for the 3 hours. per person. 

4. Caam Caaj Requires 24 hours Notice for Cancelling any Appointments. Our primary goal @ Caam Caaj is to offer our wonderful team members a safe, reliable and trustworthy work environment. We still pay our team members when there are last minute cancellations to ensure that their income is as steady as possible.

5. We will be charging the client for our minimum hours which is 3 hour per person for all the staff that was assigned for the particular job.  If the client cancels with in the 24 hour period or decides not the go ahead or is a no show on the day of the service. We will still invoice them a full amount accordingly for the booked service. Failure to pay the dues may result in legal action.

6. Outside of our cancellation policy, we are extremely flexible and encourage our customer to cancel, move, and reschedule their appointments as much as they desire. If under 24 hours notice is given when cancelling an appointment, you will be charged the full amount of that particular booked unless our office staff deems otherwise (ex: trusted client who is having a baby, long term customers. etc...). 

Safety Of Team Members

All team members are covered by WCB, bonded and insured. To protect the health and safety of our team members, we do not allow them to lift anything heavier than 20 pounds. for example :- If cleaning is required behind large furniture or appliances, please move them before the service appointment. 

Criminal Record Checks Done On All Field Staff

All field staff of Caam Caaj (that complete the In-home services) are required to submit a criminal record check before their training period has been completed. Caam Caaj does not and will not hire staff that have any record that may put our customers at risk (ex: theft & assault). Caam Caaj's management reserves the right to employ team members if it is reasonable that the record in question does not pose a risk to our customers or if there has been a pardon for the record in question. 

User's Obligations to Protect Values

If you choose to make a booking for a services, then you must: (1) verify the location of your Residence while submitting a service request. You have the authority to make such service bookings for your Residence; (2) ensure that an individual authorized by you will give the Service Provider access to your Residence; and (3) Kindly give the Service Provider access to and use the vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop if you prefer them to use your equipment. You accept responsibility for the security of and for removing access to valuables in your Residence (including without limitation placing values in locked areas) prior to the Service Provider giving access to your Residence. If you fail to comply with your obligations under this section, Caam Caaj, at its sole discretion, may terminate modify the provision of the Services to you. Under no circumstances will Caam Caaj be liable to you or any third party for any alleged or actual damages or losses resulting directly or indirectly from your failure to adhere to your obligations under this Agreement. 

Zero Tolerance 

Caam Caaj has adopted a zero-tolerance policy in respect to abusive client behavior. Caam Caaj is committed to creating a safe environment for all contractors, employees, agents, etc. that are in the business of interacting with Caam Caaj clients. Clients who act inappropriately will not be tolerated and may be subject to having their service or services forfeited entirely (no refund), at Caam Caaj's discretion. Examples of inappropriate behavior include, but are not limited to: verbally abusing a contractor/employee/agent, making or attempting to make inappropriate physical contact with a contractor/employee/agent, engaging in inappropriate behavior within your home to the extent that the contractor/employee/agent feels uncomfortable and forced to leave, engaging in abusive and aggressive written communication with a contractor/employee/agent, and any other general display of inappropriate, aggressive, or abusive behaviour.


General Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caam Caaj, its parent, subsidiary, and related corporations (including and each of their officers, directors, servants, employees, agents, suppliers, contractors, or licensors) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of property, any physical or emotional damage or loss, any profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Services, including all services offered (mentioned above) through Caam Caaj and performed by the Service Providers. Under no circumstances will Caam Caaj be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of the Services or your account or the information contained therein. This limitation of liability section applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Caam Caaj has been advised of the possibility of such damage. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

Indemnification of Caam Caaj

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Caam Caaj, its parent, subsidiary, and related corporations (including and each of their officers, directors, servants, employees, agents, suppliers, contractors, or licensors), from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees on a solicitor-client basis) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services, including any Services offered via Caam Caaj received by you and performed by the Service Providers; (ii) any alleged or actual loss or damage to property (including your residence), resulting from the performance of the Services hereunder (including the cleaning Services, all spa services, Companion care, kitchen assist, home assist and any and all services offered and provided by any of the associates of Caam Caaj), (iii) your violation of any term of this Agreement, including without limitation your breach of any of the obligations, representations and warranties above; (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or Intellectual Property Rights; and (v) your violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation; (vi) any other party’s access and use of the service with your unique username, password or other appropriate security code.

Irrevocable Acceptance

By using, accessing and purchasing the Services from Caam Caaj, you irrevocably accept the disclaimers, terms of service and all the terms mentioned set out in these policies and Terms, except as may be prohibited by applicable law, if any.
